These Terms & Conditions govern the booking, payment, and participation in travel services offered by Vexo Holidays. By booking with us you agree to the terms below.

Bookings & Confirmation

All bookings are confirmed only on receipt of the required deposit. Availability and pricing are subject to change until written confirmation is issued.

Payment

• A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking.
• Balance payment is due as per the schedule shared in your confirmation.
• For late bookings, full payment is required up front.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellation charges depend on the supplier policy and how close to departure the cancellation is made. The applicable schedule is included in your booking confirmation. Refunds, when applicable, are processed within 15 working days to the original payment method.

Changes to Your Booking

Date changes, name corrections, or scope changes are subject to supplier availability and may carry revised pricing. We will communicate any difference in cost before confirming the change.

Travel Documents & Visas

Travellers are responsible for valid passports, visas, and any health or vaccination certificates required for the destination. Vexo Holidays assists with documentation but does not guarantee visa issuance.

Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended for every trip. We can help arrange this through our partners.

Liability

Vexo Holidays acts as a coordinator between travellers and suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport, activity operators). We are not liable for losses arising from events outside our reasonable control, including weather, force majeure, supplier default, or government restrictions.

Conduct

Travellers are expected to respect local laws, cultural norms, and the conduct of fellow guests. We reserve the right to discontinue service in case of disruptive behaviour, without refund.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
